Cookie policy

This policy explains how limestonegrey.com uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage. It sits alongside our privacy policy.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do a comparable job in a different way. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how a site is used.

Our approach

We keep this deliberately light. The site is built to work with as little tracking as possible: our fonts are served from our own domain, and we do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels. We set non-essential cookies only with your consent, and you can change your mind at any time.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These are needed for the site to work, so they are always on and do not ask for consent.

  • A record of your cookie choices, so we do not ask you again on every page.
  • Your light or dark theme preference, saved in your browser only when you choose a theme.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form, which distinguishes real visitors from automated bots so we can keep spam out. This is a security measure, and Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie when you use the form.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. It is privacy-friendly: it does not store cookies on your device and does not track you across other websites. Because it sets no cookies, it does not require your consent.

Marketing. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and describe them here.

Changing your choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as intended if you block strictly necessary cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We last reviewed it in July 2026.
