These terms govern your use of limestonegrey.com. By using the site, you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They sit alongside our privacy policy, cookie policy and AI policy.
The site is operated by LimestoneGrey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10714268), whose registered office is 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ.
Information, not advice
Everything on this website is general information about R&D tax relief and about what we do. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to take, or not take, any particular course of action. R&D claims turn on the specific facts of each company, and the rules change; you should not act, or hold off from acting, on the strength of anything you read here without taking advice on your own circumstances.
Reading this site, contacting us, or receiving general information from us does not create a client relationship between you and LimestoneGrey. We take on clients only through a signed engagement letter, and the terms of that engagement letter alone govern any work we do for you. Until an engagement is in place, we owe you no duty of care in respect of any R&D claim or tax position.
Our professional status
LimestoneGrey Limited is a firm of Chartered Tax Advisers and Chartered Accountants: a member firm of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and regulated by ICAEW. We comply with the ICAEW Code of Ethics, with Professional Conduct in Relation to Taxation (PCRT), and with the HMRC Standard for Agents, and we are registered with HMRC as a tax agent. For anti-money laundering purposes we are supervised by the ICAEW. There is more on our regulation and standards page.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, graphics, diagrams, layout, and the LimestoneGrey name and logo — belongs to LimestoneGrey Limited or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view it, and print or download extracts, for your own personal or internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or exploit any part of the site, or use our material to prepare or support an R&D claim, without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully, and in particular not to:
- use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
- introduce any virus, malware or other technically harmful material;
- use any automated system to harvest data from the site, or to overload or disrupt it; or

We provide bot protection on our contact form and monitor the site for misuse.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only; a link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any third-party site. When you follow a link away from limestonegrey.com you do so at your own risk, and you should read the terms and privacy notice of any site you visit.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and because this website provides general information rather than advice:
- we give no warranty that the information on the site is accurate, complete or current, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk;
- we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from your reliance on anything on it; and
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, business, goodwill or reputation, however it arises.
These terms govern your use of the website only. If we agree to act for you, our liability for that work is governed by the separate terms of your engagement letter.
Electronic communications
If you contact us through the site or by email, you accept the ordinary risks of electronic communication. Messages sent over the internet can be delayed, intercepted, corrupted or fail to arrive, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss arising from those risks. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the contact form; if you need to share such information, contact us and we will agree a secure method.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practice or in the law. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site, so please check it when you visit. We last reviewed these terms in July 2026.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
